1. First buy a kit
That is sturdy but light.
2. Then put it together
In windy weather.
3. Add a long tail
And it’s ready to sail.
4. Now, find the right place –
A big open space.
5. And make sure that you bring
At least two spools of string.
6. Have a very close friend
Hold your kite in the wind.
7. When you’re ready to tow,
Just yell, “Let it go!”
8. Then just keep the string tight
As it soars out of sight!
